Cant even get your app to work as its stuck on the screening page but theres no way to scroll down or up to get to the next page but yet you charge me the $4.99 already when your app doesnt even work efficiently? Really?

I used Care.com 8 years ago and tried to use it recently but was denied. I tried calling the number but only got a computer response. I would like to sign up again, or whatever is necessary, to find a new nanny position in Rapid City, SD.

Parents are writing me messages, but I'm not able to write them back, nor even read the messages. This has been going on for a few days already.
I tried to contact you guys by phone, but there was no answer. You just redirected me back to the Care.com page.

I tried to join in order to be a provider of care for dogs in terms of grooming, training, and sitting/walking. I am a certified animal behaviorist and groomer.
They started my account incorrectly and made it impossible for me to apply for any position. Then I was UNABLE to contact anyone regarding this matter. They just kept directing me to the online help bulletin, which I had already reviewed and ruled worthless for my issue. I needed a person, and they refused to provide a phone number for the help I needed.
As far as I am concerned this site is a scam for customers AND providers. I do not recommend.
The only thing that could rectify this situation for me is that they not only allow me to contact a human person that works for them and completely refunds my money. But they would also have to post that phone number publicly so that from now on anyone who actually needs help can actually contact a human being for help. I demand that they adjust their ENTIRE business practice so that it will no longer be the *** ponzi scheme it clearly is. Use the money you have SCAMMED people out of and be ETHICAL.

I made a subscription purchase under an account with an email that was spelled wrong upon creating an account. I'm now unable to locate the account because I need to remove the subscription and payment that came with it so that I can rightfully pay for the subscription that I would like on my new account with the email that is spelled correctly.
If I can get this resolved, that would be great. But they're not answering. Their voicemail said that I called around work hours but they never indicated what their work hours actually are.
I'm just trying to get this resolved so that I can be a paying customer. I can't continue if I'm being wrongfully charged for a service that I'm not getting.

Wont let me close my account online and they wont assist you by phone either. I followed the online instructions but they denied to close my account. Customer service call is just a recording that sends you back online

Account was deleted
I opened my care.com account and it asked for me to do a background check which I did. Then, I logged back in and it took me to my old care.com account from 2020 that doesnt have any of my current jobs.
I deleted my old account and now it wont let me log in to my new one.
I have 3 jobs on there and need to access it. I paid $20 for a background check that now is useless if I cant access my account.

Care.com has been charging my credit card every month for 10 years. I called customer service at the number that appears on my statement, 737-202-****, 3114 and chose option 1 to speak to the billing department.
I informed them that my father, who required care, had passed away. They immediately gave me a refund for the last two years.
For the older charges, they will send me a check. That's their only exception to their refund policy.
- Dont publish their customer service number
- Few people answering the phone
- Have a closed no refundable policy

Opening up my account again
I had a charge for a petite larceny years ago. I recently contacted the Department of health . They wrote a letter in my records and with the state that I can work in the health feild.
