I CANNOT get my PREMIUM ACCOUNT to function

Hello, I am completely frustrated and the fact that I cannot speak with a "person" is mind-blowing!!!

I have been trying since yesterday to get access to my account at jimbuckley1125@***.coma and it keeps telling me that my password is wrong - although I have not changed it. So I click on the do not remember password and it 'SUPPOSEDLY" gives me an email with an access link to change password.

"NOT"!!! An email NEVER appears and this is the 2nd day!!! If this continues I will cancel my premium subscription and find much less frustrating way to find a caretaker.

What a HORRIBLE system you have!! Please advise IMMEDIATLEY!

I signed up for care.com and made a whole profile and paid for my subscription which was pulled from my bank account and then I had to put my social security number in and it was not taking it saying there was an error. Now I cannot access my account it says my email or password is incorrect and when I try to email myself a password recovery it wont email it.

In order for me to get any help I have to login to my account which I cannot do and if I cant log in i cant resolve my social security either. It took my money and now is completely blocking me off of everything and Im very upset.

I have the same thing going on. What can we do as a collective???

This can't keep happening to people. What recourse do we have?? This is so insane to me. I've never experienced anything like this where you keep being told one thing (and have it in writing), just for them to do the opposite, then try to gaslight you.

Some companies make it really hard to reach by phone but not impossible! This is obviously because they know they are a fraudulent company and their phones would be ringing all day long. Does anyone have any ideas???

I reported the charge to Chase but they suck too so I have no idea what's going to happen with that. Has anyone else reported the charges to their credit card company?

Resolved: I’ve been trying for days to log into my account with no success. NO One seems to be able to correct the problem. If I live chat they send me to tech support but tech support doesn’t help me login

Tech support page wants my credit card info before they will help me but they say my bank declined my credit card payment. Checked with my bank for the 3rd time. They say this is now becoming laughable. I agree!!! So I cant get tech support either. Tried logging in they Google and Apple and they dont work either. Im sure its not their fault but care.coms fault

They won’t resolve a problem

They wont resolve a problem and you cant call them. If you write to them you get a form email response that does not resolve the problem. If you write again, you receive an email that states your problem has been resolved. Stay away from these people.

No Caregivers Available

I have mixed feelings about this service. Last year I was able to find a good caregiver.

However their situation changed and I needed to find another one. I've reached out to over a dozen caregivers listed on their website who advertise as being available for hire. Half of them responded back that they weren't available and the other have never bothered to respond. Why would Care.com list caregivers who aren't available as being available.

This is a huge waste of time for their customers trying to navigate an already difficult situation they are in.

I've gotten no help and have exhausted all the caregivers in my area. I have no idea what I've paid them for.

Care cancelled my account

I tried reaching care to share a concern on a clients and how to go about It It was UNSUCCESSFUL. I wanted to let them know that the pay they promised was not being honored and also the verbal abuse by the client or self I went through was brutal. I spoke to the son about him honoring the pay and asked for the money they owed me instead he called care in retaliation. Dont know what he told them but because of what he said my account was cancelled.

Need help with account

When I called voice recording, told me to go to my account and use chat and then hung up on me. I have a hard time using chat it closes me out sometimes then I'm like 10 in line to get someone again. Im trying for 5 hours talk with someone in care.com and the only option available on their phone line is the option to go to the website, log in and read the FAQ, the problem is that I can't log in to my app and how am I going to ask for assistance through there!? terrible service and they treat customers like nothing, totally dissatisfied with it, they dont have costumer support ! And also the emails dont work
