They didnt even do a background check took my money and then told me my social is not right now Im going to have to file a case against this company so I can get my money back since they dont have a place where you can call them or email.

User's recommendation: Highly wpuld not recommend.

No sitters available

Signed up and all the sitters in my area said they no longer needed work. Called customer service for a refund since I was unable to book anyone and was told that a refund is not an option because they are a self service app and not a nannying agency. Not getting the service you pay for is called FALSE ADVERTISING!

Cant login

Started receiving error msgs #unexpected error try again after some time"while logged in..cd not search or chk my msgs Cant call care Never connected to a person...phn no can only be used to get info/help..cant use bec help under login..cant login...cant get link email for password reset doesn't work...email has not changed. Sent email msg recvd response email care no longer monitors the email

Keeps sending me in circles for months and taking money and I can't even log in

I can't log in it says log in and password word uncorrect. I've never changed it from the start ever.

Can't get into account

I subscribed to care.com a few months ago and got nothing from it. Ive been trying to login to cancel my membership and its not letting me into my account. I click forgot password and it still doesnt even send me a link to change it. Even tho I have not even changed the password. I would like to cancel and stop getting charged every month for something that I dont even use. Ive been emailing and trying to call and cant get ahold of anyone !!

Profile issues

FCalling their toll free number simply tells you to try the website, then hangs up on you...No real humans. Contacting the Chat line tells you to send an email to follow-up. And the email message promises to contact you ASAP...but doesn't. AA good website undermined by very poor customer service response.

Need receipt for enrollment fee - Arias 2021

I was not given the option to leave a message was only directed to their online portal of which I am not enrolled in. I would love to speak to someone or email information. I am simply looking for a receipt for payment of $124 made in January 2021. Not happy

Refund for services not used

I just want to speak with a customer service agent to get a refund for services not used, and another annual charge I wasnt expecting. They dont have people ready to speak to you over the phone. You are instructed in an automated message back to the website and hung up...

care.com very unresponsive to paying premium members. Had to search for a long time to find a phone number and you get a brief message and then it disconnects you. Although I am a paying premium member, my account is not letting me reply to people who are reaching out to me as a care provider
