Negative energy
Last year, 2024, around April to July, I was working with Kim, a female patient in Wilmington. I worked with her in the morning and evening for two months, but the job was requiring me to be at our place very early, yet it was contradicting with my main job. I asked her to employ another caregiver, including suggesting people I know who live nearby and can make it on time, but she kept firing them because she was accusatory in nature. When she got one of her long-time caregivers back from vacation, I also told her that I was not picking up any more new hours, which upset her, and she must have reported my account for any false accusation, of which I am unaware.
I'm sure she never wanted me to drop some hours, yet in her own conversation with me, she had someone pick up all the hours that I was doing. I would like to be given a chance to present my side of the story so that I can regain my account, and I would be grateful if my wish is accepted.

I cancelled my membership but didn't receive any confirmation. I then searched and searched for a phone number.
The one listed here is INVALID. I finally found a number which is (855) 781-****. I received an email confirmation after speaking to customer service.
I asked several times why they were so hard to reach and the person ignored me. Very suspicious.

Charged an annual fee to do a basic search when all I wanted was a monthly charge that could be cancelled any time if the service didn't work out, which it hasn't. Message on the customer service phone line says the line is unattended. The site says all charges are non-refundable and only future renewals can be cancelled.

My husband was very abusive. Abusing me in the house then call police that am the one abusing him.
The case was dismissed and now I can work. We later separated so am now having alot of peace. Kindly give me a chance and see what I can deliver. Am a care giver by profession.

In October, I spoke with a woman who informed me that she could only vacuum two rooms, prepare a meal, and clean up. I have compression fractures in my back and needed my house cleaned, so I canceled my appointment with this lady.
She never even visited my house, and I never signed an agreement. However, on November 25, 2024, Care.com charged my bank account $155.40, $180, and $48 all on the same day. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are supposed to be taking care of the elderly or those who are ill.
These individuals do not have time to monitor their bank accounts because they are worried about their loved ones. I am a victim of identity theft, which is why I was checking my account. I have yet to receive a response from Care.com and I doubt I ever will.
I suppose I'll have to hire a lawyer and prosecute them myself. Regards, an unhappy person.
