I have been trying to contact and end my subscription for years and my money is still collecting and I’m getting the ru around after fillings all my information they said I should go on line to see if
- - Long subscription with no response to calls.
- - They were told to submit online info to see if issues could be resolved and to stop charges.
I need to end my subscription. I've been paying for it for years, and no one will answer my calls.
Now, I am told after I submit all my information to go online to see if any questions will solve my issue. I need care to stop collecting. I am a retired HHA.
I'm not looking for a job anymore. Please provide me access to end the collecting of my money.

I canot complete the verification of who I am. I am the person who wanted to use care.com for myself.
I do not have a smart phone. I tried to get my picture and supporting ID done thru my computer. I have tried numerous times and was not successful as to my ID.
Please do NOT charge me for membership. I just canceled, but it appears I will be changed to Sept.
I will fight this and I will contact the better business bureau.
I signed up about an hour ago (June 19, 2026 at around 10:00 am (CST) so please cancel. I am unable to get any service since I am unable to complete my verification process.

Found Great Caregivers
I needed transportation to and from a hospital twice. Unfortunately the first caregiver passed away two weeks ago.
She was everything I needed and more.. i subscribed again for a new caregiver. My most recent caregiver was on time and the hospital kept in touch with her for pickup after surgery. We picked up my dog that was boarded and we returned to my home.
Somehow add ons were added to my account that I did not need. They were prompt in removing them from my account

Resolved: Inability to make contact with potential caregivers
I have spent 3 days trying to load my DL in order to verify myself so that I can begin interviewing applicants. You have my money, but I have no means of getting into my account.

I have made dozens of efforts to speak with someone at Care.com. Their phone doesn't answer, and their robot does a terrible job - why are they hiding?
I need answers. It appears all they want is to collect fees from us, give us no support, and leave us hanging! Is it the same for the caregivers that sign up? Both parties need support, but no one is there to answer questions, concerns, etc.
What is going on? Going online, I am reading 'PERMANENTLY CLOSED!' What does this mean - who do we call?

The new system doesn’t work. And the AI assistant is unable to help.
They have an unmonitored phone line, which means they wont answer a call, its only a recorded message. They updated their system and now the new system wont work. So infuriating!

False Advertising
- - Fake ads inflate job opportunities.
- - Families must post an ad to hire.
- - Responses require payment and ads are generic.
This site is littered with fake ads that make it seem like there are significantly more job opportunities available than there are. Any family thinking about hiring someone automatically posts an ad.
The problem is that unless they pay for the service, they can't see your response to their ad or respond back. The majority of the ads are generic and auto-generated by the site.
This company just wants to fleece you out of money. They do not care about helping connect.

Not happy with customer service

Affiliates don't seem to hope at all when it comes to your programs screwing up. Can't even suggest who to get a hold of.
Please get someone to check it. The whole problem is your system, according to the bank, is changing the expiration date on my credit card.

Your system is not working properly. Keeps changing the explanation date on my credit card.
