No way to contact
I made a subscription purchase under an account with an email that was spelled wrong upon creating an account. I'm now unable to locate the account because I need to remove the subscription and payment that came with it so that I can rightfully pay for the subscription that I would like on my new account with the email that is spelled correctly.
If I can get this resolved, that would be great. But they're not answering. Their voicemail said that I called around work hours but they never indicated what their work hours actually are.
I'm just trying to get this resolved so that I can be a paying customer. I can't continue if I'm being wrongfully charged for a service that I'm not getting.

They suspend your account without telling you why or how to remedy the situation. And there's no way to contact Customer Service.
They ruin your reputation by sending out a letter to all of the people on their website who have ever hired you or contacted you. They try to ruin your way of making a living!

Resolved: SCAM/BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. A supervisor reached out and issues a refund! i retract my previous statements.
They were terrible. I was told three times I would speak with a supervisor, and it took them forever to reach out to me—three days, I think.
I posted about my experience everywhere, and I got the same response: We will set you up with a supervisor. They eventually resolved the issue.
This business practices poor business techniques. At the time of the subscription purchase, they mention that it auto-renews.
However, months later, they do not send a reminder email. THEN, they refuse to give a refund on the day of renewal. The process is designed to make them money, and it's a terrible business practice. I will not cease posting negative reviews until I get a response from them.
They are robbing people. On the BBB, they have a rating of 1.4/5.

Terrible customer service handling and signup layout
My daughter is 17 and signed up. She paid for a premium profile and was charged.
AFTER she was charged it asked for her birthdate and then a message popped up that she has to be 18. The system would not allow her to proceed any further. It left her with NO WAY to contact customer service to cancel her membership OR ask for a refund! When we searched online it was nearly impossible to find a phone number.
Once we did it lead to a voice recording that tells you to go right back to the website and then it disconnects.
I think this is downright FRAUDULENT! Not only can we not get reimbursed but will be getting charged monthly with no way to stop it.

There is no one to speak to.
I have many problems with my premium membership account and it takes too long to keep sending emails and waiting for an answer. There are many technical issues and other issues and no one seems to be able to help, but they are fast to take your money for your membership without providing any service for your money. This is awful.
- It gives you people who are looking for tutors
- When you call there is a recording then they hang up on you

Having a hard time signing up with PW. Sitters are slow or give no response, except for one who I know locally. It doesn't work for me.

I tried to call Aunt to speak to someone and I am not able to speak directly to someone but it’s so funny that care.com could call me, but I can’t call them back
It is so sad that I cannot talk directly to someone at thecare.com program for childcare. I have been receiving calls from someone saying they are with your program, trying to get my information, and I’m trying to speak with someone directly.
If someone could please return my call at area code 936-221-****, I would indeed appreciate it. This is not good business when somebody calls me, but I can't call them and I need to speak with somebody directly, a supervisor or somebody I want.

Acabo de pagar el primer mes de membresía y para eso no hubo problema, pero cuando bajé la aplicación no me dejó ingresar mi correo electrónico. Y cuando me comuniqué por chat con alguien, me iba a conectar con un técnico, pero tenía que pagar un dólar y luego no sé qué más decía de una membresía y otros pagos.
Estoy buscando trabajo y la compañía solo piensa en sacarme dinero que no tengo. Quiero cancelar la membresía y que me devuelvan mi dinero.

kept coming back to do another background check , pay another fee. After charging me twice. There's absolutely no one available to call to resolve anything. the customer service number says look at the previous question an quickly hangs up.
I've never been so frustrated in my life. I'm out of a job an came to this company to help me find one and got charged repeatedly and even more frustrated.
F it I cancelled everything,there has to be a better company, less frustrating and easier to register with. Fyi still jobless, and higher blood pressure Thanks Care.com
