Still not working it’s saying to me to upgrade

I paid the membership for 6 months and when I get into the app it keep saying to me to upgrade if I paid already! I just want to make sure that I didnt waist my money

Mine is telling me to renew but will not give me an amount $ and now I cant log in to my account . You can dispute this with your bank .

Similar problem. I am trying to call them to discuss this and it is heck to find a phone number.rather than chat or do emails. I am distressed by the abysmal ratings shown here and wonder if I still want to do business with them!

Messages view on desktop

Want to be able to view potential; candidate's for the daycare. Can view them on the phone but not on the desktop.

This site is the most difficult site to change your information! How are we supposed to let somebody know the truth about us especially the fact that things change as the years go on. This site is def

I I cannot change certain items in my profile. I cannot update anything as far as personal information. It's like lying to a customer. Let alone lying about your own experience so neither the customer nor the person who's providing the service is benefiting from this

Got logged out and need new background check

My background check was wrong and so you guys wont let me back in. So i need to get my background check re ran caus i dont have anything on my background check.

Cannot log in. Site keeps telling me to login to get help and I need help logging in!

I have been trying to log onto my Care.com account for 3 weeks. Every time I try, I get an error message. The customer service number they provide just has a recording telling you to log in to your account for help and the chat feature requires the same thing. I CAN'T LOG IN! How am I supposed to get any help from them with login when they keep telling me to login?

Unable to reply to messages about perspective jobs.

Hi, I am unable to respond to peoples messages on care.com regarding potential jobs. The message says that I have exceeded the number of messages that I am able to send in a 24hr period. I havent sent any messages today, I only applied to some jobs. Ive upgraded my membership to premium thinking that that would fix the issue but to no avail. Thanks for your help, Gigi

Stealing from customers, Charged without service, login issues, no customer service

Charged without an a count. No customer service to resolve issue. $18.99 annual fee charged and revolving annual with no help to fix issue. Crazy and misleading. Literally stealing.

I should have gone here first. AVOID. This is a fraudulent/disreputable company. The CEO should be ashamed. I signed up for a trial and canceled quickly w/in their trick terms and conditions. Instead of canceling they raised the charge and kept charging me monthly....

Customer service is none existing

I've have tried on numerous attempts to contact an actual human to fix a problem with my account. Someone called me today and left a voicemail with a number to call back on but the number left doesn't even work. My account was closed for incorrect birth date on background check but no one will help me fix the error!!!!

Trying to reset my password

I have tried numerous times to contact you people and to change my password with no avail. You have no phone number to contact a human being to walk you through this or help you in any way to figure out what you are doing wrong I've tried on my phone my computer my tablet even my husband tried. What is absolutely crazy if you have to already be a member to contact you. Please give me a phone number if you have one that could possibly help me to walk through this crazy thing that will not let me reset my password!

Kicks me of the phone

I hadnt log in Care. Com in lover years and now when log in it charges .. thats fine a $4.99 to begin to connect I figure its only for free weeks and then Ill eventually come off, but after you pay it requires for you to do credit check background and all your personal information to pass thru Oh NO. Ive already been affected by identify theft once, Please Refund my $4.99 to my Account and CLOSE IT. Thank You!
