My application was not approved but my card was charged

How does this work? I have spoken and made arrangements for a caregiver.

How do I pay this person?

Do I have to register with Care.cin first? Do I pay them directly?

please why is my account not registering my ssn, I have tried several times and it seems not to be registering

Is there any way I can get my refund. I spend 5 Dollars to subscribe as a member to care.com but every time I try to complete my online screening it says error please try again later. The money was already withdrawn from my account and I would like my money back please.

care.com closed my account without a reason. I had my account active for about 4 years, within those years a had a long list of parents who wrote me great reviews without even asking.

I had almost $900 in my care.com from parents who paid me thru care.account but that’s not even important right now.

All I want is to get my account reopen. If I had done something wrong, l wouldn’t be writing to you, instead, I would be upset to myself for doing something bad or inappropriate.

Everytime I applied for a job it want allow me to.I have work in nursing home and hospital and assistant living. I really do love what I do.

Cause I forget my password. And I said forget password never received any email . I need to fix it and I think I mad a mistake with the account

You canceled my membership and would like to know why? I it be beneficial to me in my understanding of your decision to take such action against me.
