Can my account be reinstated?care.com closed my account without a reason. I had my account active for about 4 years, within those years a had a long list of parents who wrote me great reviews without even asking.
I had almost $900 in my care.com from parents who paid me thru care.account but that’s not even important right now.
All I want is to get my account reopen. If I had done something wrong, l wouldn’t be writing to you, instead, I would be upset to myself for doing something bad or inappropriate.

How do I process a refund for a background check.
I was charged for a background check even though I Wasn't successful in creating a care.com profile. I am unable to create an account to speak to a live agent on care.com and there isn't an actual customer service number to speak to anyone on. Please help me get my refund processed.
According to care.com FAQs your profile may not have been approved because you may have not included enough information or you may have chosen the wrong service profile. For example, if you are providing child care and you chose pet care profile your profile will not be approved. You may want to check and see if you have an alert in your inbox. It will be from member care letting you know if your service profile hasn't been approved and telling you why. You can also contact Care Com customer service via live chat.
