I would- but they adamantly refuse to communicate or address the issues (plural) at any cost; including but not limited to hiring a person (grifter) who utilized extortion and threats to solicit money from me, including but not limited to taking photographs and videos of my child and refusing to delete them or relinquish the media to me and threatening legal action against me if I did not pay for services not rendered. The company continues to charge me for premium services and has me blocked from the account where I am now unable to cancel services that Care continues to charge me for.

Zero attempts to contact the company and remove the fraudulent babysitter from the site have been addressed.

I have been a member of the website as both a care provider and also a hiring party of care persons for well over 10 years and this is how I am treated at the threat of pay me or else I will make you lose your job by interfering with you ability to find an actual babysitter. Care customer service is only allowing for frauds to enter homes and be victims of threats and theft.

I have already contacted the customer service team over the phone and was transferred four times. After spending an hour explaining the situation to multiple representatives, the issue still remains unresolved.

Instead, I was advised to send an email to escalate the matter, which has only added to my frustration. Guess what?

The email address isn't working, and my email got kicked back! What terrible service!

Care.com is a platform that is supposed to help employers and employees, however this site main focus now is to collect money from people with the hope that either one will get a job or a good fit employee; that’s is not the case. I, for instance signed up with the hopes of finding a job. They immediately asked for my credit card, I was charged, I was not able to upload my bio, but I did get charged right away; the pool of jobs is really small. This site is horrible.
