I have tried to get work on care.com. I always receive the response that my account is suspended, or they don't qualify me, which I don't understand.

I should be 100% qualified. I have never received work from you, so I don't know what the problem is and I can't get any answers. I tried to call, but I didn't get any answer.

I had to go online and fill out a complaint, yet still nothing. I'm going to escalate this and complain if I don't get a response soon because I desperately need work and there's absolutely no reason why you guys should be blocking me.
