I am 17 years old and I have completed the AID/CPR/AED training at the Red Cross, as well as the advanced child care training course. I passed both of them.

Subsequently, I wanted to use care.com and spent money on it. However, when I tried to log in, it said that I needed to be 18 or older. Consequently, I spent my money on something I cannot use until I turn 18.

I was wondering if I could get my money back. Once I'm 18, I plan to return and use the service.

Threatened by nanny

We were overcharged, and when we put in a review, the Nanny threatened us and our kids. We tried multiple times calling and contacting Care.com, but they dont answer the phone and dont have any way to contact them if there is a problem. The phone number listed no one ever answers, and no one ever returns calls.

The woman came into my house with snow and water all over her shoes and left puddles of water all throughout my house and stones from the driveway all over my hardwood floors and up and down my steps and then just left it there and then blamed me for the snow being outside

Never able to get a hold of a live person! Most jobs are already filled, but not taken down from there job board

If this is a company that is going to continue to post jobs for housekeepers, nannies, babysitters home, health aids, etc. They definitely need to be held accountable when youre paying for a service that seems to be nonexistent once they receive payment This app has continuously been a waste of time if there is no one there to speak to to resolve issues

I found Care.com's pricing extremely questionable in practice. I was (am) seeking occasional help with basic errands like grocery shopping or getting the mail b/c I have chronic pain.

As I said, first to Albert and then to Cyril via Care's chat platform, the wording of its prices and commitments is basically a moving target. For example, on one line, it says $13-$14/month (with the small print about billing a full year in advance not shared), but then it says the 'monthly' cost is almost $40!

I am a disabled senior on a very fixed budget, so the moving target policy isn't a fit. Even saving 20% during today's pre-Halloween sale won't make much of a dent. Therefore, in order to be able to even contact folks on Care.com (another iffy policy in my opinion), I paid for one month and was finally able to see an array of cleaners in my area. I am single, living with my cat, so I'm not a labor-intensive job.

I'd predict working together around 2-3 times per month, but no more. An occasional ride to the bank, Post Office, or market might also be desired because I don't have a car.

Things will work out...they always do.

Was taken off without reason outstanding references I felt I was not safe

I worked so hard every interview I was offered the job for je I go with my heart. I received such heartwarming something isnt adding up

To do better as I worked almost over a year & a half helped last minute when asked I went above & beyond.

Still getting calls I am off care promised I would be heard yet nobody has had the decency to contact me.

This isnt kind especially as I have worked so hard. If I ended up not feeling safe its as important for me to feel safe as its my first priority to keep the children safe always

Im a mom, was a flight att have had my own businesses in new yorj raused a wonderful son have had literally counselors, moms even the principal called me to compliment me in my parenting skills. I was a 2nd to many of my sons friends still am even today. Nobody does a better job with children & adults.

Thats been my strength my gift since I have been little.

U gave my heart & soul, one mom literally needed my help so badly I traveled way further but she needed me wgucg as I keep everything shared with me private I went out of my way to help her & so many others.

However if I feel unsafe I too am entities to then choose its not the right place for je. As the children again are always my first priority to keep them safe, have fun & follow their parents rules . Im always on time akways earlier have rescheduled even doctor appointments to help some moms as they desperately needed me.

Above & beyond Im honest , integrity is what anyone would use to describe me loyal caring abs respectful trustworthy.

I deserve to be contacted as this is how I make my living now as its something Ive lived doing & now I get to do it full time.

Please do the honorable kind procedure & kindky call me or contact me as something is not kosher.

Im getting 2 calls from moms & I dont know what Im supposed to do.

We are all human nobodys perfect however nothing I did but feel unsafe is wrong thst us my right z its the first time as I have been with care uts been my honor for over a year & a half.

Overcharged twice

Overcharged charged twice. I emailed customer care sent a screenshot of payment complete and I was told on their end they did not receive payment.

My bank said they have twice as asked to be refunded and I was told they do not do refunds. SMH. I still can not access my account. I'm beyond upset.

My private work is centered on this site. I now have no income no way to find clients.

I have lost my home. I am so mad shaking my head (smh)

No correspondence

No customer service correspondence, but they'll auto-draft a membership fee monthly. If you have questions or notice technical problems, such as pertinent profile data showing up on the website but not the app (or vice versa) and more, expect no corrections. You're only making this company rich and paying for a compromised site.

Cancel subscription for care.com

I did not have good luck on Care.com. People either did not answer me, it was too late to get hired, or they had already found someone. I cannot even call customer service.
